whoever said ..no pain no gain..is completly right
i think i knw what 10% of pain means..
somthing which i am feeling in each inch of my body:)
ofcourse 70 percent pain is being stabbed and i dont want that!!
but yea it has been 3 days and i have following the portion control method good..
also worked out and increased intensity on daily basis..
i think i did some chest presses and my arms hurt like hell..
and so do my legs after those 130 lb bench presses:)
i might skip the weight training portion for somtime...as i dont think i am ready for it yet..muscles need more conditioning:) and even the sauna cant releive my pain:P
maybe cardio for everyday next week and 2 Body pump classes
anyways..am off for travel today and my next workout is monday:)
and tuesday is a bad day:) since i get to eat a lot of junkies (GOD SAVE ME FROM CALORIES)...ah..wont eat that much..nothin is comparable to the pain i take in the gym..damn it..\
but yea after 29th there will be weekly weight measures posted on here:) so that i can look back and see how i cut those pounds and how much time it took..that might prevent me from eating the biggest bar of chocolates!
