i ate all bad stuff..and the only thing in my mind is to hit the gym in the morning

whoever said....

whoever said ..no pain no gain..is completly right

i think i knw what 10% of pain means..
somthing which i am feeling in each inch of my body:)
ofcourse 70 percent pain is being stabbed and i dont want that!!

but yea it has been 3 days and i have following the portion control method good..
also worked out and increased intensity on daily basis..

i think i did some chest presses and my arms hurt like hell..
and so do my legs after those 130 lb bench presses:)

i might skip the weight training portion for somtime...as i dont think i am ready for it yet..muscles need more conditioning:) and even the sauna cant releive my pain:P

maybe cardio for everyday next week and 2 Body pump classes
anyways..am off for travel today and my next workout is monday:)
and tuesday is a bad day:) since i get to eat a lot of junkies (GOD SAVE ME FROM CALORIES)...ah..wont eat that much..nothin is comparable to the pain i take in the gym..damn it..\
but yea after 29th there will be weekly weight measures posted on here:) so that i can look back and see how i cut those pounds and how much time it took..that might prevent me from eating the biggest bar of chocolates!

could do the weight training that well..but cardio went good!!

my first workout...
the RPM class at goodlife
the instructor was so wonderful..
all inches of mu body hurt..
it was 45 mins..and i was not in shape to do it..due to female reasons ;-)
but yea..the instructor was like i need to eat healthy , walk on the tread mill 45 mins 3 times a week , and do 2 of his classes,,i wud lose weight

well..trust me i am sweating till now..even from the roots of my hair!!
never ever before...and i was awake since last evening...went to work and came home at 2 and just was awake for it to be 6 am...just to go to this class...

i think i call this RIGHT CHOICE.
seeing wonderful and healthy bodies around me excercise , it gives me more motivation to do workouts pm regular basis!!

i love it!!

life...

life is shitty.,..
it has just to go on and on...
so do the bad memories.....they are like scars..
they keep coming back to you all the time , no matter how much u want to run from them

i just sit and wonder..what did i get in this life??
it doesnt show up the way i want it to be...

now time has come that i change it to what i want!!!!

i start the change with physical change:)
so for time being this is a weight loss blog....with updates on excercises
currenlt i am 80 pounds overweight..and i have set rewards for myself.....
10 pounds- go for movie with friends (havent gone out anywhere except work since may 08)
20 pounds - get hairstyle change so
30 pounds- get highlights
40 pounds - geta nose ring
50 pounds- shopping spree:)

last 30 pounds will be tough:) so after that i go for vacation:)
